Shipping & Refund Policy
To follow the new FDA regulations, Age Verification is now required for all online shoppers. A pop-up will appear stating that more information is needed after the check out and you will need to take a photo of your ID. You can use a webcam to directly take a picture or use a mobile device to upload a photo. You will also have the option to receive a text message with updated verification status.
We usually ship out our products within 72 hours via USPS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Reload Vapor USA limited warranty only applies to manufacturers defects. Normal wear and tear or cloned products are not covered by this warranty.
To complete your return, please send us your request to email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they have manufacturers defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
