The Updates
Due to the PACT Act, identity verification is required for your order. You can verify your identity in either of these two ways:
• Click the blue “Verify Your Identity” button on the checkout page and upload a government-issued ID.
• Or, click the “Verify Your Identity” link in your order confirmation email.
After clicking the link, a verification page will appear with a QR code. Scan the QR code with your phone, and it will take you to the next step to complete the verification.
Either option works. Thank you!
Shipping
We usually ship out our products within 72 hours via USPS. Adult signature required for delivery.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Reload Vapor USA’s limited warranty only applies to manufacturer’s defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cloned products.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they have manufacturer’s defects. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at reloadvaporusa@gmail.com
